What’s a good topic for my sign language class?

We have to do a 10 page research paper. It can be about anything to do with sign language or the deaf culture. What would be a good topic?

Helen Keller, or how about Communication Devices, from old to new or how about picking any of the following deaf people to do a paper on, you might find one that fascinates you!

how about using sign language as a form of early communication with babies and toddlers? I think that would be interesting and there should be tons of info available.
